In this week’s Microsoft IT news, we have some exciting updates regarding three important news items. 1. Dynamics 365 Field Service – Resource Scheduling Optimization application update: This update brings enhancements to the Resource Scheduling Optimization application in Dynamics 365 Field Service. It improves the scheduling of resources for field service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Microsoft Teams | Track usage of your frontline teams and apps in the Teams Admin Center: Admins can now track the usage of frontline teams and apps in the Teams Admin Center. This feature provides valuable insights into the usage of Microsoft Teams across frontline locations, including data on apps such as Walkie Talkie, Shifts, and Tasks. 3. Announcing the retirement of legacy Power BI Apps (pre-audiences): Microsoft is retiring the legacy Power BI Apps and encouraging users to upgrade or rebuild their apps using Power BI Apps with audiences. This update brings changes to how content is managed and how audience groups are selected in Power BI Apps.
